Dismantling / Taking out old existing unsv HT Stay Assembly complete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling of HT Insulators of any type from Poles of any size complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling / Taking out old existing unsv ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling / Taking out old existing unsv cross arms complete all as specified and directed. 6 Disconnecting / Taking out unsv HT UG Cables of any size complete all as specified and directed. 7 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying ofUG cable complete all as specified and directed. 8 Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 3 mtr deep for excavation of poles and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 9 Returning , fillingin incl spreading, leveling , wateringand well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick coplete all as specified and as directed. 10 Removal of surplus soil/excavated materials to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed. 11 M&L for sand cushioning using dry and clean river sand in two layers, first layers of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation upto 180mm thick complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid. 12 Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP, Type 2, flat, size 450 mm x 180mm x 40mm thick, concrete grade grade M-20 minimum, all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for ACSR conductor, steel reinforced for LT over head lines on poles including streching tightining of poles insulator with binding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic paint complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed. 16 S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps forconductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long)including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellowpaint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed.(Note :- Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this sch) 18 Straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed. 33 Supply and laying of 80mm dia GI tubinglight grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc including taking down old unserviceable pipe all as specified anddirected 34 S&F of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battern or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required Copper Strip of 32x6 mmcompleteincluding taking down old unserviceable stirp all as specified and directed. 35 S&F of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battern or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required GI Strip of 32x6 mmcompleteincluding taking down old unserviceable stirp all as specified and directed. 36 Disconnecting defective transformer indoor/outdoor type and any capacity upto 400 KVA both from HT/LT sides, opening of top cover with due care and drainage of transformer oil for required level,including checking of leakage of transformer body and welding works required for making transformer body leak proof, removal of all sludge and unwanted materials from tank and core, lowering of core assembly after carrying out required repairs to the winding and core, refilling the transformer oil after dehydration and filteration. In case the repairs which are not possible at site, the transformer has to be taken to the work shop for repairs. Note :- (i) Spares like, Breather, Oil Temp Gauge, LT & HT Bushing, Top up of Transformer Oil and De-hydration and filteration shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of lifting and placing of transformer (if any), loading/unloading & transportation of transformer from site to workshop & back. 37 S&F Breather assembly Heavy Duty of capacity 0.5 kg with silica gel cristalcomplete. 38 S&F Oil tempreture gauge with max temp rise record handle0 - 150 C (as per sample) including necessary wiring to the sensor and testing complete all as directed. 39 S&F Copper Bushing HT Side of existing size and rating including all packing materials. 40 S&F Copper Bushing LT Side of existing size and rating including all packing materials. 41 S&F Sealed drum transformer oil EHV grade as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II filling/top up of transformer complete all as specified and directed. 42 S&F On line/off line Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength up to 60KV for EHV gradeand upto 40 KV for HV grade all as directed.(Note :- (i)Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing eqpt required for dehydration to be arranged by contractor.(ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid seperately) 43 Disconnecting HV, LV and earth connections fromdefective transformers out door/ indoor type, pole mounted/ plinth mounted 11/0.433 KV, capacity ranging from 63 KVA to 200 KVA, lifting the transformer by using hydraullic crane and load the same in a suitable truck to transport to the manufacturer"s workshop.Un loading the same by using hydraullic crane, drain out insulating oil complete to take out the core assy, replace the damaged HV/LV leg coils with proper gauge copper wire, re-insulationcomplete core/windingswith proper insulation materials, complete servicing and ovening of transformer as specified, filter the insulation oil minimum three cycles upto 400 Ltrs quantity to receive the proper value of dielectric strength, testing the oil for not less than 40 KV BDV, refilling the same to the transformer, topping up with new transformer oil upto the marked level,re assembling complete accessories including testing of transformer at work shop as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Loading the transformer and transporting back to the substation, installation on the existing foundation/ structure includingHV,LV and earthing connections, carry outmagnetic test and other specified tests after transportation of the transformer and commissioning in all respectto the satisfaction of Engr in charge. Note :- (i) The copper wire/ copper strip of suitable gauge for rewinding of damaged portion will be measured and paid under respective items of this schedule.(ii)The oil used for topping up of transformer oiland dehydration of existing oil will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule. Note :- (i) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job.(ii) Quoted rate is deemed to inclussive of Replacement of Insulators, Joining the ACSR Conductor, Jumpering, stringing the ACSR conductor, Fuse wire etc., if damaged during trimming of branches. 50 Restreching/restraining, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on HT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumper, fixing of insulators and prunning of tree branches of concerned spansproperly at site etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note :- (i) The distance between pole to pole (contains 3 runs of ACSR conductor) will only be considered for payment purpose as one span. (ii) No Extra amount will be paid for binding wire etc. required for binding to insulators / jumpering etc.) 51 M & L for painting the existing HT Steel Poles 11 m long including cross arms, clamps etc with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including complete removing of existing paint & throughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm dia with black paint on poles. Painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed. 52 All as per item No-51 above but HT 2 Pole structure, 11 mtr long. 53 All as per item No-51 above but 3/4 Pole structure, 11 mtr long.
