Subject Of The Order: Includes: Preparation And Serving Of Hot Two-Course Meals For Mgops Residents In Opoczno (Approx. 40 Meals) From Monday To Sunday From 12.00 To 15.00, Excluding Holiday Periods, I.E. Public Holidays (In Particular Holidays: New Years Day, Epiphany, 1St And 2Nd Day Of Easter, May 1St And 3Rd, Whitsunday, Corpus Christi). The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare And Serve A Full Two-Course Meal. In The Case Of Public Holidays, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Dry Lunch (Canned Meat Or Fish And Bread) For Each Statutory Holiday On The Day Preceding The Day Off In The Price Of The Meal.1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Meals Be Served In Single-Use Packaging, Adapted To The Type Of The Meal And The Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements Provided By The Contractor Of The Subject Of The Contract.2) The Meal Prepared By The Contractor Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) A Portion Of Soup - At Least 450 Ml - Prepared With Meat And Vegetable Stock Or Vegetable Stock And Bread; B) Second Course Weighing At Least 400 G, Composed Of: 100 G Meat (Or Fish), 200 G Potatoes (Or Alternatively: Rice, Groats, Pasta), 100 G Salad.
