The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Designed Single-Span Pedestrian Footbridge With A Glued-Laminated Timber Structure And Access Points In The Form Of Two Ramps With A Slope Of No More Than 6%, Enclosed With Retaining Walls Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Blocks. As Part Of The Project Implementation, Works Specified In Annex A To The Swz Are Planned. The Scope Of Work As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment In Question Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of Supports For The Footbridge Along With Partial Replacement Of The Soil, 2) Construction Of An Access Road From Modrzewiowa Street; 3) Construction Of An Access - Ramp Along The Struga Cisowska, 4) Construction Of The Supporting Structure Of A Pedestrian Footbridge With A Structure Of Glued Wood In A Simply Supported Grid Pattern; 5) Strengthening The Bed And Slopes Of The Cisowska Stream (Under The Footbridge And Along A 5M Length On Both Sides Of The Newly Built Footbridge) - Gabion Mats; 6) Construction Of The Facilitys Equipment - The Elements Of The Footbridge And Access Equipment Include Balustrades And Handrails To Facilitate The Movement Of Disabled People, Implemented In Accordance With The Accessibility Standards For The City Of Gdynia (Constituting Annex No. E To The Swz); 7) Construction Of Appropriately Profiled Reinforcement Against Erosion As A Result Of Water Flowing Behind The Ramp At A Distance Of Up To 2 M From The Ramp - Hardened Surface Of The Polbruk Type; 8) The Contractor Will Provide An As-Built Inventory Or A Declaration On Submitting Documentation To The Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center. If, In Order To Perform Construction Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement, It Will Be Necessary To Perform Other Works, Activities Or Obtain Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Works And Activities And Obtain The Necessary Permits At Its Own Expense And Efforts. The Contractor Of The Works Is Responsible For Protecting The Signs Of The Special Horizontal And Vertical Geodetic Control Network, And If They Are Damaged, For Their Permanent Renovation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
