Construction Works Include, Among Others: A) Adaptation And Modernization Of The Existing Buildings For Exhibition Purposes, B) Creation Of A Conference And Workshop Room With Facilities, Administrative Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, A Warehouse And Technical Rooms (Construction Of External Plasters With A Thermal Insulation System, Internal Plasters And Ceilings, Installation Of Windows And Doors, As Well As Finishing Works In The Facility, Execution Of Water And Sewage, Electrical And Lighting, Photovoltaic, Central Heating And Ventilation), C) Development Of The Area, Including Construction Of Pedestrian And Road Routes, Greenery And Recreational Areas, D) Modernization Of Cold Water Connections, Sanitary Sewage, Electricity, Gas To The Boiler Room And Telecommunications Installation, E) Implementation Of Area Lighting, Monitoring, Space For A Garbage Bin, F) Adaptation Of The Facility To The Needs Of Disabled People. The Scope Of The Order Excludes: A) Furniture (Kitchenette, Desks, Armchairs, Chairs, Containers Under Desks, Front Covers For Desks, Panels Between Desks, Cabinets, Filing Cabinets, Wardrobes, Table, Coffee Table, Sofa, Shelves With Shelves), B) Movable Equipment (Containers With A Toilet Brush, Toilet Paper Containers (Roll-Down), Round Garbage And Waste Bins, Liquid Soap Dispensers, Containers For Disposable Towels, Mirrors, Wall Waste Containers, C) Waste Bins, Mobile In-Line Metal Hangers, Cleaning Trolley, Waste Segregation Baskets, Roll Paper Towel Dispenser, Paper Dispenser, D) Cleaning Cabinet For Cleaning Products, E) Computer Equipment, F) Printer, Multi-Function Copier, G) Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Electric Kettle, H) Grill (From The Part On Street Furniture) With The Exception Of Those Installed In The Bathroom For Disabled People: A) Tiltable Handrails For A Disabled Person At The Toilet Bowl, B) Fixed Handrails For A Disabled Person At The Washbasin, C) Corner Handrail. The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of An Architectural Standard, Which Is Part Of Annex No. 2 To The Guidelines For The Implementation Of Equality Principles Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027 - In The Case Of Construction Or Adaptation Of Buildings Or Rooms (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).
