The Subject Of The Order Must In Particular: 1) Meet The Requirements Specified In The Order, 2) Be Brand New And Complete (With Full Wiring), 3) Be Originally Packaged, In Packaging Described As To Its Content, 4) Be Marked By The Manufacturer In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Identify Both The Product And The Manufacturer, 5) Be Of High Quality And Free From Defects And Free From Third Party Rights, 6) Come From Legal Sources, 7) Meet The Quality Standards Specified In The Relevant Legal Acts, If They Concern The Subject Of The Order,8) Be Provided With Instructions, Technical Descriptions And Warranty Cards, Which Will Be In Polish.3. The Devices Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete And Ready For Use.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Detailed List Of The Supplied Equipment, Including The Unit Price, Total Price, Name (Manufacturers Name And Model Or Type) And Technical Description Confirming Compliance Of The Supplies With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The List Should Be In Both Paper And Editable Electronic Form. The Submitted List Of Supplied Equipment Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party Before The Final Settlement Of The Task.5. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Equipment And Fittings With Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In The Table Below.
