The Subject Of The Order Are Inspection, Maintenance And Repair Services For Fire Protection Systems. The Activities In Question Will Consist In The Inspection And Maintenance Of Systems, Maintaining The Readiness And Technical And Operational Efficiency Of Systems, Their Repair And Removal Of Failures, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, In The Facilities Of The Museum Of The History Of Photography. The Subject Of The Order Referred To Above Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Annex No. 1A And The Schedule, Which Documents Constitute Annexes To The Swz. Whenever Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, As Well As Standards Are Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or In The Annexes To The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Means That The Ordering Party Could Not Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And Allows An Equivalent Solution. The Indication Of The Trademark, Origin Or Patent Is Only Exemplary And Serves To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That Materials, Products And Devices Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Consider An Equivalent Solution To Be A Solution Which, In Terms Of Technology, Performance And Functionality Offered By The Solution, Does Not Differ Significantly From The Technology, Functionality And Performance Specified In The Specified Solution, And The Features Of The Solution Specific Only To The Specified Solution, Such As: Proprietary Patents, Proprietary Technological Solutions, Proprietary Protocols, Etc., Are Not Subject To Comparison, But Only Those That Constitute The Essence Of The Entire Assumed Technological Solution And Are Referenced In The Equivalent Solution.
