The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing And Archiving Documentation In Bcp-Olszówka (Category B Files) And The Permanent Destruction Of Non-Archival Documentation After Its Prior Separation, Together With The Preparation And Submission Of An Application For Consent To The Removal Of Documents To The Locally Appropriate State Archive. The Archiving Service Will Be Performed At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: - Qualification And Classification Of Documents, - Arrangement Of Files In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, - Preparation Of The Delivery And Acceptance List In Editable, Non-Editable And Paper Versions, - Description Of Files And Archiving Boxes, - Preparation Of Applications For The State Archives, - Destruction Of Documentation After Obtaining The Required Consent Of The State Archives, - Issuing A Certificate And Document Destruction Protocol. The Number Of Documents To Be Processed Given In The Offer Form Are Only Estimates, And The Final Settlement Will Be Based On The Actual Number Of Files Prepared. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Have Authorized Persons Present During The Process Of Destruction Of Documentation. Representatives Of The Ordering Party. Documentation Intended For Destruction May Contain All Types Of Metal Elements, Such As Paper Clips, Staples, Metal Binders For Folders, Documents In Standard Binders And Booklet Materials, As Well As Magnetic Media, Cds, Dvds, Disks And Others.
