1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Used Septic Tank Intended For Collecting Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks And Sludge From Home Sewage Treatment Plants From The City And Commune Of Bierutów. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Used Septic Tank Intended For Collecting Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks And Sludge From Home Sewage Treatment Plants. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Sell And Deliver To The Ordering Party A Vehicle Intended For The Collection Of Liquid Waste From Septic Tanks And Sludge From Home Sewage Treatment Plants With The Parameters And Equipment Described In Annex No. 5 To The Swz; 2) Train Designated Employees (Min. 2 People) In The Theoretical And Practical Operation Of The Vehicle; 3) Carry Out Wrapping Vehicle Using The Logo And Inscription Placed On The Sides Of The Body According To The Template Provided By The Ordering Party. 5. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. The Required Warranty Period Is Min. 12 Months For The Vehicle Chassis And Min. 24 Months For Vehicle Installation, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Vehicle Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 7. Equivalent Solutions 1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 2) The Contractor Who Appoints To Equivalent Solutions, He Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.3) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 8. The Subject Of The Delivery Is Also The Delivery Of Documents On The Day Of Handing Over The Subject Of The Order, Such As: 1) Operating Manual In Polish. 2) Spare Parts Catalog. 3) Warranty For A Period Of Min. 12 Months For The Vehicle Chassis. 4) Warranty For A Period Of Min. 24 Months To Build T
