1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Propane Liquid Gas To The Primary School In Gębice2. Organizational Requirements: Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place Successively In The Form Of Individual Deliveries.3. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On The Working Days And Hours Of The Ordering Party, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 7.00 – 15.004. Place Of Delivery: Primary School In Gębice, Marcinkowo 72, 88-330 Gębice5. The Ordering Party Declares That The Propane Gas Supplied By The Supplier Will Be Used Only For Heating Purposes.6. The Delivery Will Include A Total Of Approximately 56,000 Liters Of Propane Liquid Gas, Which Meets The Quality Requirements Of Polish Standards Pn-82/C-960007. The Amounts Given Above Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Scope Of The Order Due To Actual Consumption And The Possibility Of Making Quantitative Changes According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Remuneration Or Any Civil Law Claim For The Reduced Amount Of Gas Supplied. The Liquid Propane Gas That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Polish Standards: Pn-82/C-96000 Or The Currently Applicable Standards. Each Batch Of Gas Delivery Must Have A Valid Quality Certificate. 8. Number And Capacity Of Gas Tanks: - 2 Tanks With A Capacity Of 4850 L Each 9. Cpv Codes: 09122100-1 - Propane 10. Requirements For The Contractor: 10.1. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Requirements Described For The Subject Of The Order.10.2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section At His Own Expense. 1 Using Road Tankers Equipped With Pumps With Certified Flow Meters, A Certified Gas Flow Meter, A Suction And Delivery Pump, And A Flexible Refueling Hose With A Length Enabling Free Pumping Of Gas Into The Tank10.3. The Completion Of A Single Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Confirmed Immediately After Its Delivery On The Basis Of The Actual Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract Signed By Both Parties, According To The Counter. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Attach A Certificate Of Quality Of Liquid Gas For Heating Purposes To Each Delivery.10.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Valid Fuel Trading License Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 716)10.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Continuity Of Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Order Regardless Of The Circumstances. 10.6. In Terms Of The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Including Accessibility For Disabled People Or Design For All Users In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Informs That The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Oblige It To Apply The Provisions Contained In The Above-Mentioned Article.10.7.
