1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Tractor With Accessories As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Tractor Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party With Compatible Equipment: A. Tuz2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annexes No. 6 To Swz3. Formal Requirements:• The Delivered Vehicle Must Have The Required Documents (Operators Manual In Polish, Warranty Book, Certificate Of Technical Tests, Certificates Of Conformity And A Statement Containing Data And Information About The Vehicle Necessary For Registration And Record Of The Vehicle Required By Polish Law Or Other Documents Not Included Above And Necessary To The Extent Resulting From The Regulations) Enabling The Registration Of The Vehicle. • The Tractor Offered By The Contractor Should Be Fully Operational And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Order. The Tractor Should Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads And An Operating Manual In Polish. • The Vehicle Must Have A Zero Inspection Performed By The Contractor At His Expense, Which Must Be Confirmed In The Vehicles Warranty Book. • At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Document That The Offered Vehicle Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. • The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum Requirements, Unless The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Upper And Lower Limits (Division) Of A Given Parameter. • The Price Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Of This Procedure And Include All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In A Proper Manner And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including In Particular: • Cost Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Vat. 4. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Main Technical Parameters That Are Important For Achieving The Purpose Of The Products Indicated In This Way Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products That Are To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, In Each Case, Stating That The Description Or Feature Of The Described Product, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, The Contractor Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Means Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And/Or In The Annexes To The Swz.
