1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip The Storage Base Of The Pniewy Commune With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks For The Task Entitled: Purchase Of Infrastructure Necessary To Carry Out Civil Protection Tasks In The Pniewy Commune. The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New And Unused Equipment Listed Below And The Installation Of A 40 Kva Power Generator. The Order Is Divided Into Three Parts: Part 1 Purchase, Delivery And Installation: - 40 Kva Power Generator (1 Pc) With Assembly - 6 Kva Inverter Power Generator (5 Pcs) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Except For The Generator Generator With A Capacity Of 40 Kva, Which Should Be Delivered And Installed At The Water Treatment Station In Michrów, Ul. Pogodna Plot No. 214/1. The Acceptance Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Confirming That The Equipment Has All The Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. On The Day Of Acceptance, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Set Of Necessary Documents, Including Warranty Books, Instructions For Use And Operation Of The Equipment In Polish, And Will Train At Least 1 Representative Of The Ordering Party In Its Proper Operation. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Provincial Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025.
