1.1. The Order Covers The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads, Sidewalks And Parking Lots In The Sękowa Commune During The Winter Season, If It Is Necessary To Perform The Activities That Are The Subject Of This Order In 2026 And 2027. 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Including Organizational Conditions, Technical Requirements And Rules For Snow Removal And Combating Slipperiness On Roads Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.1.3. The Scope Of The Service On Roads Managed By The Ordering Party Includes: 1) Clearing Snow From Municipal Roads With An Agricultural Tractor, Backhoe Loader With Appropriate Equipment Adapted For Snow Removal, Or A Car Adapted For Snow Removal - On Municipal Roads Suitable For The Use Of Such Equipment, 2) Clearing Snow From Sidewalks With Equipment - A Vehicle Adapted For This Purpose, 3) Clearing Snow From Bituminous Roads And Sidewalks Using A Vehicle With A Plow And A Blade Rubber,4) Combating Slipperiness By Sprinkling Roads Along The Entire Length Indicated By The Ordering Party,5) Combating Slipperiness By Sprinkling Road Sections Indicated By The Ordering Party.1.4. The Service Contractor Is Required To: 1) Guarantee That Work Will Be Carried Out Even In Very Unfavorable Weather Conditions On All Days Of The Week, 2) Be Available And Ensure The Shortest Possible Time For Organizing Work From The Time Of The Need For The Service And Notification Until The Time Of Service, 3) Provide A Telephone Number For Contact As Soon As Possible. 1.5.
