Tenders are invited for End of Project Evaluation Enhanced Access to MHPSS Services for Vulnerable Communities in Areas C and B in West Bank (Project #J220605) World Vision International is interested in receiving price offers in response to the above tender based on the following: For interested applicant, you can request all documents related to the tender through sending email to (dina_alhayek@wvi.org), mentioning your name in English, starting from November 29 ,2025, until December 13, 2025. To apply for the tender, you need to take into consideration the following points: 1. The price offer should be in NIS excluding VAT. 2. Bidders are required to provide two distinct offers: one for the technical proposal and another for the financial proposal. 3. Interested bidders will receive an email from World Vision International procurement system (Provision), where they need to read all documents and conditions, and submit the offers via this system. 4. Minimum 710 years of experience in evaluating development or humanitarian projects, with a focus on MHPSS preferred. 5. The last day for submission offers is December 13, 2025, through the procurement system. 6. World Vision International will evaluate the offers using the Weighted Scoring Method that combines the technical score with the financial Score. 7.
