This Announcement Is An Invitation To Market Dialogue. This Is Not A Preliminary Notice, A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender. Participation In The Market Dialogue Is Not A Prerequisite For Participation In The Procurement. The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Participating Parties And No Separate Compensation Is Paid For Participation. The Goal Of The Finnish Aviation Museum Foundation Is To Create A Brand Concept For The New Aviation Museum And To Create A Visual Identity Within The Framework Of The Current Budget. To Make This Possible, The Foundation Is Looking For One Or More Partners For Different Areas Of The Brand Work Process. The Goal Of The Market Dialogue Is To: 1) Map Out And Get To Know Potential Partners (Participating In The Market Dialogue Is Not A Prerequisite For Participation In The Procurement And Does Not Affect The Position In The Tender) 2) To Hear The View Of The Market Players On The Progress Of The Project, To Challenge Their Own Thoughts About The Process And To Discuss The Content Of The Procurement Before The Official Tender Process 3) To Prepare For The Upcoming Tender Process And To Make Sure That The Solutions Related To The Tender Are Not Excluded Potential Partners From The Tender Market Dialogue Will Be Implemented As Bilateral Teams Discussions, Which Will Be Held Between 11 December 2025 And 16 January 2026. The Duration Of The Negotiations Is 1.5 Hours. Service Providers Interested In The Event Are Asked To Register For The Market Dialogue No Later Than January 7, 2026.
