The Armed Forces Are In Need Of Conductivity Meters To Check The Water Quality After Purification With Reverse Osmosis And Therefore Need To Procure Said Meters According To The Lou Open Procedure. We Have Advertised This Procurement Before But Had To Cancel It When Neither Of The Two Bidders Met All The Requirements. The Need Remains, So The Procurement Needs To Be Advertised Again. This Time, The Requirements For Iso Certifications On The Supplier Entering Into The Contract Are Removed. The Requirements Will Be Reformulated So That Iso Certifications Are Required Either On The Supplier Entering Into The Contract Or On Its Subcontractors. In This Way, More Suppliers Are Given The Opportunity To Participate.
