The Object Of This Purchase Is The Provision Of A Patrol Boat For The Galati Regional Customs Directorate, According To The Specification, In The Agreed Period/Periods And In Accordance With The Obligations Assumed By The Contract And The Technical Proposal. The Object Of The Contract Includes: - Supply Of The Boat Up To The Wharf/Berth; - Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Standard And Optional Equipment; - Packaging According To International Standards And Transport To The Station; - Insurance During Transport To The Place Of Parking; - Testing Of The Boat And The Mounted Equipment With Specially Trained Personnel; - Commissioning And The Complete Technical Documentation Required To Obtain The Inland Navigation Technical Certificate, The Inspection Report, The Navigation Permit, The On-Board Certificate, Other Certificates And Documents Required As A Result Of The Inspections Carried Out. - The Offered Equipment Will Be Manufactured And Installed In Accordance With National Technical Norms And Quality Assurance Standards - Repair Of Any Defect During The Warranty Period.
