Quay Construction Work – Framework Agreement Land, Va And Detailed Planning. The City Of Vaxholm And Roslagsvatten Invite Tenders Regarding - Framework Agreement Land, Va And Detailed Planning With Diary Number Ks 2025/172, According To The Instructions Below And Attached Documents. The Procurement Is Shared By The City Of Vaxholm And Roslagsvatten Ab, But Roslagsvatten Is Only Entitled To Call For Tenders Regarding Water Works Within The Framework Of The Project Vaxholms Quays (Part A Below). This Means That Certain Works Are Ordered And Paid For By Roslagsvatten. (In The Various Procurement Documents, The Terms The City Or The Client Are Used, But They Refer To Both Organizations). Framework Agreements Are Intended To Be Signed With Three (3) Suppliers, Provided That So Many Approved Tenders Are Received. The Framework Agreement Starts In Q1/2026 (Preliminary), And Is Valid For Two Years, With The Possibility Of Extension In Two Installments Of One Year Each. The Contract Period Can Therefore Be A Maximum Of Four Years. This Framework Agreement Applies To: A. Tendering Of Services For The Renovation Of Vaxholms Quay, Land, Va And Fine Planning (See Afc.1). The Renovation Is Proceeding According To Plan In Various Stages; And B. Calling For Services For Maintenance, New Construction And Other Contracting Projects In Vaxholm. The Work Can Be Seen From The Bill Of Quantities, But Examples Can Be Mentioned: Excavation Work For: - Pumping Station - Va Filling Work For: - Va Pipes And Stormwater Drainage - Street And Land Construction Work: - Asphalting - Sewerage - Va Pipes And Pump Station - Hardened Surfaces For Fine Planning Work Fine Planning Work: - Surface And Decoration Work - Lighting Work - Stone Work - Planting Of Plants And Flowers - Furniture Benches, Trash Cans, Etc. Form Of Contract - Form Of Compensation Each Tender Will Normally Result In A Separate Execution Contract, General Contract, With Conditions According To Ab04 - See Template For Contract Contract. The Form Of Compensation Is – Unless Otherwise Stated In The Tender Request – Compensation With Fixed À Prices According To 07 Priced Quantity Lists. The Initial Calls Are Deemed To Apply To The Quay Renovation And Its Final Works, And Will Take Place In Stages According To Plan (See Document 09.04). The Framework Agreement Does Not Imply Exclusivity. The Customers Have The Right To Procure Corresponding Services From Other Suppliers.
