Forestry Services – Providing Forest Management Services In The Kaliska Forest District In 2026. The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 567 - Forest Act), Covering Work In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Tourist Development Of The Forest, Meadow And Agricultural Management, Tree Plantings And Forest Seed Production To Be Carried Out In The Kaliska Forest District In 2026. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. The Material Scope Of The Services That Are The Subject Of The Orders Referred To In Point 3.7. Will Not Exceed 50% Of The Value Of This Order. These Contracts Will Be Awarded After Conducting A Separate Public Procurement Procedure Under The Single-Source Procurement Procedure. The Contracts Mentioned Above Will Be Awarded In The Event Of A Need To Increase The Scope Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order As A Result Of Natural Or Weather Conditions, Changes In The Wood Sales Market Or Entrusting The Ordering Party With New Economic Or Public Tasks, As Well As In The Event Of The Impossibility Of Selecting Forest Service Contractors Under The Basic Procurement Procedures For Objective Reasons, In Order To Secure The Necessary Performance Of Works, And In The Event Of Entrusting A Contractor With Works Constituting Substitute Performance In Relation To The Works Performed By Another Contractor.
