The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Determination Of A Contractor For The Award Of A Public Procurement With The Subject: Delivery Of A Modular Mobile Stage With A Podium And A System For Spectacular Lighting And Sound Delivery Of A Modular Mobile Stage, A Set With A Podium, A Stage Lighting System And A Sound System For Holding Traditional Local Holidays And Festivals In The Municipality Of Kazanlak. The Modular Mobile Stage Is Planned To Be Used Outdoors For Festivals And Events. It Should Be Equipped With A Roof With Trolleys Measuring 12.5 M X 10.5 M X 9.15 M., Pa-Wings For Installation Of Line Array System, Podium 12 X 10 M. With Telescopic Legs 0.80-1.40 M. The Scope Of Delivery Includes An Effect Lighting System Containing: Effect Lighting System Control Panel, Combo Case - Transport/Work Table, Led Rotating Head Type Wash, Led Rotating Head Type Hybrid Spot/Beam, Led Projector 18X15w Rgbwa+Uv / Zoom, Led Blinder 4X100w Led Cob Cw/Ww, Led Tracker 300 W Led, Set With Stand. The Subject Of Delivery Is Also A Sound System With A Line Array Speaker, A Hanging Speaker - Low-Mid Type, Subbass Active 1X18, An Active Two-Way Speaker, A Digital Mixing Console And Microphones. The Stage Must Be New, Unused And Comply With Current European Quality And Safety Standards Or Their Equivalent. It Should Guarantee Reliable, Problem-Free And Safe Operation During The Entire Period Of Its Use, As Well As Full Compatibility With The Parameters Of The Standardized Electricity Network In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Structure And Individual Components Of The Stage Must Be Made Of High-Quality And Weather-Resistant Materials, Ensuring Stability And Durability In Outdoor Use. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Accompanied By Detailed Technical Documentation In Bulgarian, Including: Instructions For Installation And Dismantling Of The Facility; Instructions For Operation, Technical Support And Safety At Work; Information About The Main Technical Characteristics And Parameters Of The System. The Warranty Period For All Goods Subject To This Delivery Is Stated In Years And Cannot Be Shorter Than Two (2) Years, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Handover Protocol. In The Technical Proposal, The Participants Should Propose A Single And General Warranty Period, Which Covers Both The Stage And All Accompanying Equipment - Podium, Sound And Lighting System. It Is Not Allowed To Set Different Warranty Periods For The Individual Components Of The Delivery. In Case Of Damage To The Equipment, The Contractor Should Provide On-Site Service No Later Than 72 Hours After Reporting The Damage. In The Event That The Specified Term Expires On A Non-Working Day, It Shall Be Considered That It Expires At 5:00 P.M. On The First Working Day; In The Event That The Damage Cannot Be Repaired On Site And Is Not Related To The Replacement Of A Fuse
