Software Supply Services – System Supporting Tasks In Public Areas. As A Result Of The Actual Public Procurement Procedure, The Tenderer Wishes To Use An It System For Administration And Action Support Within The Framework Of The Contractor Contract, Which Also Covers The Performance Of Operational And Maintenance Tasks On The Part Of The Contractor. In The Course Of Carrying Out Their Tasks Defined By Law, The Tenderer Would Like The Public Area Inspectors And Parking Inspectors To Perform Their Activities Using Mobile Devices (Pda, Mobile Printer). The Tenderer Would Like The Issuance And Management Of Recovery Permits And The Management Of Recovery Surcharges To Take Place In A Unified System. The General Goal And Task Of The Tenderer Is To Operate The Public Parking System In Szentendre And The Tolled Roadside Waiting Areas In A Long-Term, User-Friendly Manner, Safely And With A High Degree Of Reliability. The Main Technical And Functional Requirements For The Specialized System 1. Tools And Operating Environment Provided By The Tenderer:  The Tenderer Provides The Workstations (Computers) Connected To The It System With Additional Peripherals.  The Applicant Is Currently Using The Following Additional Devices, With Which Devices The Proposed Program System Must Be Compatible, Or If Not, Then It Must Also Propose A Device That Is Functionally Equivalent To The Following Devices, Compatible With The Proposed Program System, Available As New In Normal Commercial Circulation, Specifying At Least The Make And Model Number Of The Device 8 Samsung Galaxy 8 Telephones 8 Zebra Zq520 Printers  The Applicant Ensures The Legality Of The Use Of Bm Public Records.  The Applicant Provides The Text Of All The Forms Used During The Street Measures (Information Notices, Minutes, Fine Sheets, Payment Notices), As Well As The Documents Used During The Use Of The Administration System (Letters Of Notice, Reports, Warnings, Payment Orders, Documents Related To The Initiation Of Enforcement).  The Tenderer Provides The Public Address Book Of His Operational Area, As Well As The Address Book Of The Acting Authorities.  The Tenderer Determines The Access Rights And Levels To The Mobile And Central Administration Systems Of The Specialist System. The Professional System Offered By The Winning Bidder Within The Framework Of This Contract Should Be Suitable For Setting Different Authorization Levels, So Authorization Types/Groups Can Be Formed In The System. Users Can Be Assigned To The Types/Groups Defined In This Way, Who Will Receive The Privileges Of The Given Group. 2. Functional Requirements Related To Applications Running On Mobile Devices And Provided By The Successful Bidder Under This Contract:  The Professional System Is Expected To Fully Support The Work Performed By The Bidders Staff In Public Areas, On Site.  Contains Applications Running On Pda Devices
