The Contractors Scope Of Services Includes The Following Tasks As Part Of Document Management: - Acceptance Of Invoices And Paper Receipts For The Service Areas Of Aids, Home Care, Nursing Care Insurance, Medicines, Travel Costs, Medicines From Other Service Providers, Other Services (Including Rehabilitation Sports/Functional Training And Midwifery Assistance). - Checking And Taking Into Account That The Client Is The Cost Bearer Of The Billed Service (Responsibility Check) - Creation Of Image Files Of The Documents - Extraction Of User Data From The Documents - Generation Of Dta Data For Invoices For Which The Client Does Not Have A Dta Data Record - Acceptance Including Creation Of An Xml File Of Other Documents And The Automatic Transmission To The Client - Archiving Or Data Destruction And Deletion According To The Clients Specifications The Estimated Total Volume For The Document Reading Management From August 1, 2026 To July 31, 2030, For The Maximum Possible Contract Term Of 4 Years, Is Listed In The Quantity Structure (Appendix D.03A): - Estimated Total Volume Of Individual Invoices For The Maximum Possible Contract Term Of 4 Years: 19,257,000 Total Individual Invoices. - Estimated Number Of Sheets To Be Scanned For The Maximum Possible Contract Term Of 4 Years (1 Sheet Has Front And Back): 50,802,000 Total Sheets The Quantities Stated Result From Empirical Values From The Years 2024/2025 And Were Forecast Accordingly For The Maximum Possible Contract Term On This Basis. The Forecast Quantities Can Only Serve As A Basis For The Calculation, As The Client Has No Influence On The Changes In The Healthcare Market, Which Is Subject To Constant Change (Legislation, Case Law, Market Behavior). The Estimated Quantities Of Individual Invoices And Sheets To Be Scanned May Vary And Are Not Intended To Be Minimum Or Maximum Quantities (Minimum Quantities Of Estimated Individual Invoices And Pages/Sheets To Be Scanned Are Not Guaranteed).
