Inspection: During The Deadline For Submitting Offers, The Participants Should Carry Out A Preliminary Inspection Of The Objects Subject To The Order. Viewing Is Mandatory. The Mandatory Inspection Is Necessary For The Formation By The Potential Participants Of An Objective Assessment Of The Location Of The Buildings And The Premises In Them, In Which The Structural Wiring Will Be Built. The Performed Inspection Is Certified By Signing An Inspection Protocol Between The Participant And Representatives Of The Contracting Authority. The Inspection Protocol Is Attached To The Participants Offer. The Inspection Can Be Done During The Period For Submitting Offers Under This Procedure, Every Working Day (Between 10:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M.), After A Prior Request By Phone.
