Rate includes removal of broken glass (if any) carefully, removal of old putty and Providing and applying new putty etc. complete. 2 Providing and applying new putty to existing glass panes. Rate includs removal of old putty. 3 Providing and fixing float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) in existing aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket , using existing aluminium snap beading etc. complete as perthe directions of engineer-in-charge . 4 Providing and fixing float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm) in old aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket , using existing aluminium snap beading etc. complete as perthe directions of engineer-in-charge . 5 Providing and fixing toughened glass panes of 8.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 20kg/sqm)wherever required, in existing framework with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket , using existing aluminium snap beading etc. complete as perthe directions of engineer-in-charge . 6 Providing and fixing toughened glass panes of 12.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 20kg/sqm)wherever required, in existing framework with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket , using existing aluminium snap beading etc. complete as perthe directions of engineer-in-charge . 7 Supplying, fitting & fixing in position fully or partly glazed single leaf powder coated/ anodized aluminium doors of approved shade made up from aluminium extruded Sections glazed with 5.0 mm thick plain glass fixing with special gasket, beading, lock & all necessary fixtures and fastenings etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and Direction of (eic) engineer-in-charge. material specification will be as follows: i) 16 gauge thick aluminium sections. Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) aluminum sections for fixed/ sliding / pivoted / top hung / side hung / louvered type windows, doors, ventilators and partitions conforming to IS:1948, 1961 with hollow bottom section & standard single / two / three / four track frame section all round (top, bottom and sides) with shutter frame made up of standard handle section standard interlocking section and standard top and bottom section with infill panel of plain /frosted / tinted glass/ Novapan sheet / acrylic sheet / hardner laminated sheet as listed below with nylon guides, gliders glass fixing PVC weather strips, neoprene gasket, PVC weep holes etc complete with approved type of locking arrangement, handles and other fixtures including fixing, filling the gaps with silicon sealant, cleaning polishing the aluminium section with petrol and / or other agents as specified by the manufacturers etc. complete as directed by Engineer In charge. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%,NRC 0.6, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , with Recycled content of 31 %. The tile shall be laid on precoated G.I channel height of 32 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching and XL2 CLIP on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.57 Kilograms/M2 and pull out stength of minimum 100 Kilograms.. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system 31 Providing various types of aluminium fixtures and misc. material not covered in above items, as per requirementincluding transporting, loading, unloading at site etc. complete . Payment shall be made on the basis of actual cost of material as per GST invoice produced. Labour required for fixing/installation shall be paid separately. 32 Erecting and dismantling m.s. pipe double layer scaffolding with contractor"s own pipes & fittings to provide safe approach and safe working platform as directed by eic for point of support up to any height from ground. 33 Providing and fixing acrylic plastic sheet panels 2.00 mm TO 3 mm thick of approved quality in required thickness plain clear or any colour or obscured linings in lieu of glass pans to doors/windows including Providing and fixing clips, putty etc. complete. 34 Providing & fixing false ceiling of about 10 to 12 mm thick decorative boards of plaster of paris including dismantling of damaged sheets, disposal of debris, scaffolding, levelling and repair of existing Aluminieum/wooden frame work etc. complete as directed. (excluding frame work, runners and mild steel suspenders) 35 Providing & fixing of GI metal lay in micro perforated of Armstrong or equivalent make (1.8mm diameter-20% open area) metal ceiling consisting of 600x600mm lay in tiles in 0.7 mm thick GI metal pre coated to global white color with acoustical fleece hot pressed on the back of the perforated tile & 50 mm thk. Resin bonded glass wool backing to be laid on Armstrong grid systems with 24mm wide T - section flanges color white having rotary stitching on the main runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm cross tees. The tiles would have NRC of 0.50, fire performance of class A2-S1.d0 as per EN13501 standard in module size of 600 x 600mm, suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 50%. The tile shall be laid on 24 mm wide T - section flanges color white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. The main runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm cross tees with a web height of 30mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34kgs/m2 & pull out strength of 100kgs. The t sections have a galvanizing of 90 grams per m2 and need to be installed with suspension system. 36 Providing & Fixing False Ceiling comprising of following material including fixing in galvanized steel sections with white color coated cap comprised of main tee 34 mm x 24 mm (heavy duty as per ASTM C-635 standard tested) with pre-punched cross tee slots (at every 100 mm c/c) to be placed at 1200 mm c/c, suspended with 4 mm GI (TATA MAKE) straightened wire at every 1.2 mtr, other end of the wire provided with GI J hook & nut. All the false ceiling panels around the perimeter of the false ceiling & around the RCC columns shall rest on the perimeter G.I. molding of size 19 mm x 19 mm which is fixed to the walls with help of rawal plug & GI screw at the same level as false ceiling. The cross tee of 1200 mm length (26mm x 24 mm wide Heavy duty) shall be locked in main tee at every 600 mm c/c. to form grid of 600 x 1200 mm. Further 600 mm long tee need to be locked in to 1200 mm tee to make the final grid of 600 mm X 600 mm, including making provISIon for cutouts and / or trap door for electrical and mechanical systems, etc complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Tiles shall be India Gypsum PVC laminated 9.5 mm thk ‘POLYSHIELD’ or equivalent tiles having metal polyester backing in module size 595 mm X 595 mm X 9 mm thick at required height above FFL . 37 Full height partition: providing & fixing non-load bearing, 66mm thick metal framed partition with 1hour fire rating as per following specification. Main system:Partition consists of GI metal stud of size 48mm of 0.55mm thick and having two unequal flanges of 48 and 50mm eachplaced at 610mm c/c in floor and ceiling channel of 50mm, ofminimum 0.45 mm thick with two equal flanges of 32mm each fixed to floor and ceiling, with the help of nylon sleeves and wood screws and at 600 mm c/c (vertical- between floor and ceiling).Providing and fixing 08 mm thickHicem Board / Biden Boars or equivalent on both sides of the GI metal frame work. Placing 40mm thick (density-48kg/m3) mineral wool or Rockwool in the cavity of partition as directed. Metal stud fixing with 25mm self tapping screws at 200mm centers to both sides of a composite framework.Hicem board shall be fixed with35mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter.Jointing and finishing:The board’s joints are to be staggered to avoid through passage and finally edges of the facing boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a seamless finish which includes filling and finishing with specially formulated jointing compound and self-adhesive fiber tape. Cement primer (oil based) to be provided on entire surface before putty/ painting. Note: the necessary opening shall be provided in the partition for electrical/telephone conduits & outlets as per design/instructions. 38 Metal framed suspended ceiling (seamless):Main system:Metal framed suspended ceiling comprises of G.I perimeter channel having 0.55mm thickness, two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm is fixed to surrounding walls / partition using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centers. Then intermediate channel (0.91mm thick) having two equal flanges of 15 mm. Each and a web of 45mmis suspended from the soffit at 1220 mm center with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10 mm x 0.55 mm thick, fixed to soffit at 1220mm centre with g.i cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 50.5 mm and flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across to the intermediate channel, at 457mm centers. 8mm thick square/tapered edge Hilux Boards or equivalent are then screw fixed across the ceiling sections with 25mm long self drilling & tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter, for first and second layer respectively, at 200mm centers.Jointing and finishing:The joints of the face boards are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish. Cement primer (oil based) to be provided on entire surface before putty/ painting.Note:G.I. Perimeter channel and supporting materials are to be provided to make any opening for light fittings, diffusers etc. And should be supported properly to maintain the integrity of the ceiling. 39 Supply of carpenter [semiskilled] for the works which are not covered in above items and to carry out miscellaneous jobsincluding tools and tackles (minimum working of eight hours per day). (Rate as per Hr circular for min. Wages which is presently Rs.785.15/revision in circular) (In addition to min.
