Tender For The Work Of Provision Of Connection Of Rain Water/Drain Pipe Of Apartments 1 & 2 Balcony, Nabi, Knowledge City, Sector-81, Mohali.; 1 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 5000 metres lead:- thickness of 100 mm or maximum to maintain the proper slope in projections of apartments 2 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes including skirting(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer, colour. texturee to be same as dismantled tile) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, ofapproved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade as per site sample available, laidon 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Proper slope to be mainatined and will be checked after laying of tile. In case slope not proper contractor requires to change the tile with proper slope without any extra cost.Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm or as per site requirement. Make Kajaria, Johnson, Vitero 3 Labour charges of core cutting in existing RCC/Brickwork structure to laying drain pipe of size varies 200 mm to 50mm as per site requirement. Core Cutting should not damge existing structure and as per IS norms & as per the direction of Engineer - Inchrage. Any dameg during core cutting to structure contract may repair without any extra cost with the approved darwings 4 Labour charges of cutting in drain GI/MS pipe or removal of piece as per site requirement without damge to existing structure/Granite/MS frame/etc. Any damage during cutting/removal to structure contract may repair without any extra cost. Pipe area to be filled with concrerte as per approved drawings. 5 Providing and fixing PVC Pipe for drainage of rain water pressure resist upto 10 Kg including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. elbows, tees, reducers, couplers & connectors etc., with clamps at 1.00 metre spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Contractor may add the cost of connection of PVC pipe 160 mm to PVC pipe/GI pipe 63 mm or as per site requirement. Rates to be inclusive of all material required for fixing 9 Demolishing cement concrete below the paver block manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 11 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. andmaintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works
