Expression of Interest for Consultancy services - Develop a Natural Capital and Biodiversity Action Plan individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest in the form of an updated curriculum vitae along with a cover letter, and any necessary attachments, indicating relevant qualifications and experience required to provide these consultancy services. Eligibility In order to comply with CDBs integrity requirements, consultants shall not: a. be subject to sanctions invoked by the United Nations (UN) Security Council under Chapter VII of the Charter of the UN; b. have engaged in Prohibited Practices, as detailed in Paragraph 2.02 a) of the Procedures for Dealing with Fraud and Corruption in CDB-Financed Projects[1] (October 2014 or as updated from time to time); c. be suspended or debarred by CDB for engaging in the Prohibited Practices referenced in (b) above; d. be publicly debarred by an MDB subject to the Agreement on Mutual Enforcement of Debarment Decisions in their own right, or under above-mentioned agreement; or e. be subject to a conflict of interest that would undermine the consultants ability to provide professional, objective, and impartial advice. In the assessment of submissions, consideration will be given to qualifications and experience on similar assignments. CDB reserves the right to accept or reject late applications or to cancel the present invitation partially or in its entirety. It will not be bound to assign any reason for not engaging the services of any applicant and will not defray any costs incurred by any applicant in the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.
