The Subject Of The Order Is The Capture, Transport And Keeping Of Stray Animals From The Area Of The Mońki Commune From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. In The Period From January 1, 2025 To October 31, 2025, 16 Dogs Were Caught From The Area Of The Commune And The City Of Mońki, And As Of October 31, 2025, They Were Staying In The Shelter. 14 Dogs. The Estimated Number Of Homeless Dogs To Be Caught From The Mońki Commune During The Duration Of The Contract - Approx. 20 Pieces. 1. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Must Have: 1) A Valid Permit To Run A Shelter For Homeless Animals Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, 2) Current Permit To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Protection Against Stray Animals In The Mońki Commune Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, 3) The Current Decision Of The District Veterinarian To Conduct Business In The Field Of Commercial Transport Of Animals Or The Transport Of Animals Performed In Connection With Running Another Business Activity And Assigning The Contractor An Identification Number In Accordance With Art. 5 Section 1 Point 2 And Art. 5 Section 2 Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On The Protection Of Animal Health And Combating Infectious Animal Diseases.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Catching Homeless And Unattended Dogs From The City And Commune Of Mońki In A Humane Manner And Transporting Them To A Shelter, 2) Catching Dogs Within 12 Hours Of Receiving A Report (Telephone, E-Mail) Submitted By The Ordering Party Or Uniformed Officers Of The Fire Brigade Or Police, 3) Catching A Dog Within 4 Hours Of Receiving A Report In Special Cases (Bite, Suspicion Of Rabies, Threat Safety Of The Inhabitants Of The City And Commune Of Mońki) And Deliver It To A Veterinarian For Observation, 4) Ensuring Appropriate Living Conditions For The Animals In The Shelter, I.E., Among Others: A) The Size Of The Rooms Or Boxes Should Be Consistent With The Regulations In This Regard, B) The Rooms Or Boxes Should Have A Hard Surface With A Bed And/Or A Kennel, C) The Animals Should Be Provided With Protection Against Heat And Precipitation With Access To Daylight, D) The Animals Should Have Constant Access To Water Is Provided Along With An Appropriate Amount Of Food Adapted To The Size Of The Dog And Its Activity.4) Providing Dogs Caught And Kept In The Shelter With Comprehensive Veterinary Care, Including: A) Marking (Chipping) Animals With A Transponder, Compliant With The Iso 11784 Standard Radio Identification Of Animals - Code Structure And Using Hdx Or Fdx-B Technology And Enabling Data To Be Read By A Reader Compliant With The Standard Iso 11785. The Marking Is Performed No Later Than 7 Days From The End Of The Quarantine, And The Information About The Marking Should Be Entered Into The Database Of Companion Animals, B) Vacci
