1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Energy Storage Devices. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 31430000-9 Electric Batteries2. The Contractors Obligation Is To Deliver And Install Four Energy Banks In The Following Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party: 1) Moszczenickie Tereny Inwestycyjnych Building, Ul. 100 Lecia Odzyskania Niepodległości 3, 97-310 Moszczenica 2) Commune Office In Moszczenica, Ul. Kosowska 1, 97-310 Moszczenica 3) Gzoz Building, Ul. Piotrkowska 27, 97-310 Moszczenica4) Sewage Treatment Plant In Moszczenica, Ul. Rzeczna, 97-310 Moszczenicawith The Following Minimum Parameters: 1) The Devices Must Be Brand New, I.E. Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party), Originally Packed, Undamaged, Must Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Sales Channel And Must Represent The Model Of The Current Product Line. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Refurbished (Refabricated), Demonstration Or Post-Exhibition Devices.2) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs. 3) Organization Of Transport And Responsibility For The Transport Of The Deliverables To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Unloading The Order At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And The Related Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor; 4) The Contractor Will Protect The Deliverables During Transport In The Following Way: The Delivery Items Will Be Delivered In Original Packaging, Additionally Protected Against Damage During Loading, Transport And Unloading; 5) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Together With The Equipment, With All Necessary Operating Instructions, Certificates Of Compliance Required By Law And Warranty Documents In Polish. Together With The Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of Serial Numbers Of The Delivered Devices; 6) For Software Supplied With The Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Non-Exclusive License To The Ordering Party Or To Transfer To The Ordering Party A Non-Exclusive License Right In Accordance With The Licensing Rules Specified By The Manufacturer. 7) Together With The Devices, The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Equipment, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements, To Connect The Device To Existing Electrical Installations And Operate In Off-Grid Mode. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A 300-Meter Long Power Cable Enabling The Connection Of Energy Banks At Maximum Load To The Main Distribution Board. 9) In The Initial Phase, Each Device Will Work As A Power Supply Backup System In The Event Of Its Loss In The Power Grid. The Contractor Will Provide Free Support In The Configuration Of Devices To Work In This Mode.10) The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Equipment Or Prepare An Appropriate Configuration Of Devices Allowing The Ordering Party To Avoid Additional Fees Related To Connecting The Delivered Devices
