The Scope Includes: 1) Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Code 20 03 01) Along With Disposal Of Waste From Green Areas Administered By The Municipal Greenery Board In Elbląg From Containers With A Capacity Of Up To 50 Liters, I.E. Emptying A Total Of 257 Containers - In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz, Including: A) Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Code 20 03 01) Carried Out 2 (Two) Times A Week (Tuesday And Friday) In The Period January - May, Including Saturdays And Sundays In Individual Locations From March 21, 2026 - In Accordance With The Waste Collection Schedule Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract. B) Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Code 20 03 01) In The Period June, July, August Will Be Carried Out 3 (Three) Times A Week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), Including Saturdays And Sundays In Individual Locations - Locations In Accordance With The Waste Collection Schedule (Annex No. 2 To The Contract), C) Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Code 20 03 01) In The Period From September To December Will Be Carried Out 2 (Two) Times A Week (Tuesday, Friday), Including Saturdays And Sundays In Individual Locations - Locations In Accordance With The Waste Collection Schedule (Appendix No. 2 To The Contract), - If The Day Of Waste Collection Falls On A Holiday, The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Rate For A Holiday In Accordance With The Submitted Offer D) Cleaning The Area Around The Containers Of Waste, E) Disinfecting Containers Once A Quarter During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Krakusa 13-16, Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Code 20 03 01) Upon Telephone Notification By The Ordering Party. 3. Fee For The Disposal Of Park Waste Referred To In Section 2 Points 1) Borne By The Contractor.4. The Cost Of Waste Disposal Referred To In Section 2 Points 2) Borne By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Waste Transfer Card From The Bdo System By The Contractor.5. The Detailed Waste Collection Schedule Will Be In Accordance With Annex 2 To The Contract.
