The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Pupils Of The Special Educational And Educational Center For Visually Impaired Children No. 8 In Warsaw At Ul. Rzymowskiego 36 (Dinners) And At Ul. Księcia Janusza 45/47 (Breakfasts, Second Breakfasts, Dinners), In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Assumes An Average Of 104 Days Of Catering Services And An Estimated Number Of Pupils: 14 People For Breakfast, Second Breakfast And Dinner, And 70 People For Lunch.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Meals At The Following Times: 1) Breakfast - From 05:00 To 06.00 (Monday To Friday),2) Second Breakfast - From 05:00 To 06:00 (From Monday To Friday),3) Lunch - From 12:00 To 12:30 (From Monday To Friday),4) Dinner - From 13:00 To 18.00 (From Monday To Friday). Thursday, Excluding Days Preceding A Day Off From Teaching Classes, Falling In The Middle Of The Week). 4. The Price Of The Meal Should Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including: Costs Of Purchasing Products, Preparing Meals, Washing And Disinfecting Thermoses And Packaging, Transport, Delivering Meals To The Ordering Partys Facilities: • Breakfasts, Second Breakfasts And Dinners - To The Building At Ul. Ksiącja Janusza 45/47, 01-452 Warszawa, • Lunches - To The Building At Ul. Rzymowskiego 36, 02-697 Warszawa.5. Meals Will Be Delivered By The Contractors Own Transport, At His Own Risk, In Specialized Containers That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes, For Which The Contractor Has Appropriate Certificates.6. Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Contained In: 1) Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154); 2) Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council No. 1333/2008 Of December 16, 2008 On Food Additives (Journal Of Laws Ue.L.2008.354.16, As Amended);3) Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448);4) Recommendations And Standards In Force And Recommended By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition;5) Order No. 1302/2017 Of The Mayor Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Of August 3, 2017 On Establishing The Conditions For Using Canteens In Kindergartens And Schools Of The Capital City.
