1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment And Supplies For The Lubawa Municipality Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For The Years 2025-2026.2. Part 1 - Technical Equipment - The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 Includes The Delivery Of The Following Equipment: A) Saw For Concrete And Steel - 1 Piece B) Rescue Saw With A Power Of Min. 5 Hp – 1 Pc. C) Wood Saw With A Power Of Min. 3 Hp - 1 Pc.D) Electric Heaters - 3 Pcs.E) Oil Heaters - 2 Pcs.F) 50 M Drum Extension Cords - 2 Pcs.G) 40 M Drum Extension Cords - 2 Pcs.H) 20 L Canisters - 10 Pcs.1.1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Minimum Technical Parameters Within The Scope Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 5A To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer Information Regarding The Offered Devices (Equipment)/Products, Specified In Point 1 Of The Table In Column 7 Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 1A-1C To The Swz For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order. The Information Provided Must Relate To The Devices/Products Offered. This Information Must Be So Detailed That In The Event Of Various Configurations Of Devices/Products, It Is Possible To Clearly Determine What Device/Product Is Offered By The Contractor.4. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Provide The Information Referred To In Section 3 Will Be Rejected, Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Compliance Of The Offered Solutions With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Based On Public Data. In Case Of Doubts Whether The Offered Devices/Products Are Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party May Exercise The Right To Call On The Contractor To Provide Explanations.6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Fully Functional And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Must Meet The Applicable Quality And Technical Standards, Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Must Be Consistent With The Contractors Offer, Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third-Party Rights, Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights, Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party, Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale On The Day The Offer Was Prepared.7. The Contractor Should Agree The Date Of Delivery And Collection Of The Subject Of The Order With The Ordering Party Within 5 Days Before The Planned Date Of Delivery And Collection.8. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party.9. The Required Warranty For Part 1 Is A Minimum Of 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt. Note The Warranty Period For The Offered Devices Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers!!!
