I. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Service Of Operating 16 Year-Round, Seasonal And Self-Service Public Toilets, Including:1. Providing On Your Own And At Your Own Expense The Appropriate Amount Of Cleaning Products, Such As: Toilet Paper, Soap, Towels And Agents For Washing And Disinfecting Toilets And Their Equipment, And Conducting Ongoing Inspections Of The Cleanliness Of Toilets.2. Maintaining Constant Cleanliness Of Toilet Rooms And Their Immediate Surroundings, I.E.: A) Washing And Disinfecting Sanitary Facilities - Daily, B) Washing, Disinfecting Tiles, Washing Mirrors - Daily, C) Washing Windows As Needed, D) Removing Inscriptions, Graffiti, Paintings, Etc. Inside The Facilities And From The External Walls Of Toilets By Painting In The Existing Colors, But No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Their Placement, E) Maintaining Order Within And Nearby Toilets,F) Sweeping Paved Areas, Removing Scattered Waste, Spilled Liquids, Etc.,G) Cleaning, Clearing Snow And Removing Slipperiness On Paved Surfaces, Slush, And The Effects Of Black Ice In Front Of Toilet Buildings,H) Ensuring The Continuity Of Opening Of Toilets During Their Operation, Including In The Event Of Random Events, E.G. Illness Of The Toilet Operator,I) Carrying Out Periodic Disinfection, Disinfestation And Rodent Control Of Toilet Rooms And Providing A Report Confirming The Service Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party.3. Incurring The Following Costs Related To The Operation Of Toilets On Their Own: A) Water Consumption And Sewage Disposal, B) Electricity, C) Heating, D) Cleaning Products, E) Repairs And Maintenance Necessary For The Proper Operation Of Toilets, In Accordance With Sanitary, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations.4. Pay Your Own Fees For Municipal Waste Management.5. Providing Toilet Services On Your Own And At Your Own Expense, Including Employing People To Operate Toilets.6. Carrying Out, At Your Own Expense, Repairs, Maintenance Procedures And Renovations Of Current Toilets, Repairs Of Toilet Components (Including Equipment And Devices) That Are Not Covered By The Contractors Warranty, Except In Cases Of Devastation Of Devices In Toilets And Toilets With A Damage Value Exceeding Pln 3,000 Net, Including: A) Replacement Of Sanitary And Technical Devices And Equipment Of Toilets Destroyed (Vanastated) By Third Parties (Lighting Fixtures, Locks, Mirrors, Windows, Washbasins, Toilet Bowls, Cisterns, Low Flushers, Washbasin Faucets, Urinals, Toilet Seats, Floor Drains, Etc.) B) Ongoing Maintenance And Repair Of Floors, Floor Coverings And Wall Coverings, Ceramic, Glass And Other, C) Repairs Of Windows, Doors And Showcases, As Well As Their Locks And Closures, Including Replacement Of Small Elements And Water Heaters, D) Supplementing The Lighting In Toilets, E) In Toilets Equipped With Water Heaters, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Heating Of Cold Water, F) Removing Blockages In Drain Pipes And Sanitary D
