with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber including watering, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L 200mm (spread thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarriedstone (Granite, Trap or Basalt stone) of size range 100mm to 50mm,interstices filled, surface formed, rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam in two layers each of 75mm thick (each layer to be rolled and consolidated separately) with coarse aggregate of granite/black trap/basalt stone of grading 2 ranging from 63mm to 40mm, hollows made up to form true surface, spread, surface binding with and including screening and moorum, watered, consolidated and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and Labour 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt stone aggregates, complete all as bituminus macadam premix carpet complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with bindercontent (paving bitumen) of 4% by weight of total mix and 1.5% cement filler complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L forapplying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen)VG-30 at @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm for laying bituminus macadam premix carpet complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L, Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (minimum) by weight of total mix (bitumen VG-30) and 2% cement filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller & mechanical paver complete all as specified anddirected. 11 M&L for Moorum / Red bajari fillingin pavings / roadbermslaid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread , levelledand rammedto form uniform and consolidated surfaceswith andincl watering complete all as specified and directed. 12 Removing excavated earth/material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directeand depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above GL, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Excavation over areas in all kinds of soil, (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan)by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out excavated soils and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of exc 250 m but n exc 500m complete all as specified and directed. 14 Demolition and breaking up 300/450 mm bore drain pipe,salt glazed stone were set in cement mortor including PCC hounching and bedding, complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Demolition/Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar all as complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 450 mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed. 19 M & L for Flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in copings, haunchings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, with necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 21 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces, is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed. 23 Returning, filling in,including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.
