Tenders are invited for Render Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance Services to Ithemba Labs Cape Town, for a Period of Five (5) Years. Tax Compliance Requirements 1. Bidder must Ensure Compliance with Their Tax Obligations. 2. Bidders are Required to Submit Their Unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) issued by SARS to enable the organ of the state to verify the taxpayers profile and tax status. 3. Application for tax compliance status (TCS) pin may be made via e-Filing through the SARS website www.sars.gov.za 4. Bidders may also submit a printed TCS certificate together with the bid. 5. In bids where consortia/ joint ventures/ sub-contractors are involved; each party must submit a separate TCS certificate/ PIN/CSD number. 6. Where no TCS is available but the bidder is registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), a CSD number must be Provided. 7. No Bids will be Considered from Persons Employed by the State, Companies with Directors/Close Corporations Connected with the Bidder Employed by the State. General Conditions of Contract Further Disclosure and Who do not Derive the Same Directly or Indirectly from the Other Party, or D. Required by Law to be Disclosed by the Recipient, but only to the Extent of Such Order and the Recipient shall Inform the Other Party of Such Requirement Prior to Any Disclosure. Each Party shall within One (1) Month of Receipt of a Written Request from the Nrf to do so, Return to the Other Party All Material Embodiments, Whether in Documentary or Electronic Form, of the Confidential Information including but not Limited to: A. All Written Disclosures; B. All Written Transcripts of Confidential Information Disclosed Verbally; And C. All Material Embodiments of the Contract Intellectual Property.
