The Works To Be Executed Consist Of Civil Works, And Installation Of Equipment And Equipment According To The Project Detailed In Plans And Technical Specifications Attached To These Bases. The Above, Located At Calle Picasso N°721, Villa El Alba, Commune Of Quillota The Project Contemplates The Construction Of A Community Headquarters Of Approximately 99 M², Offering Among Its Spaces A Multipurpose Room, Wine Cellar, Kitchen And Universal Bathroom. It Also Considers The Incorporation Of Lighting, Led Pavilions, Perimeter Closure, Pergolas, Equipment, Equipment, Among Others, Informed In The Technical Terms Of Reference. It Should Be Noted That It Is A Definitive Work, With A Useful Life Of 30 Years. The Deadlines Established For The Project Are 180 One Hundred And Eighty Calendar Days From The Signing Of The Land Delivery Certificate. The Award And The Work Contract Must Be Subject To The Project Previously Approved By The Regional Government Of Valparaíso. If, As A Consequence Of The Period Of Consultations And Clarifications Within The Bidding Process, The Need Arises To Modify The Items Of The Project, These Must Be Previously And Technically Authorized By The Regional Government Of Valparaíso, At The Request Of The Municipality Of Quillota.
