The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Modifications, Additions And Changes Of Use Of The Existing Building No. 31 In The Village Of Žerůtky To The Cultural House, Including Related Works And Supplies. This Is Mainly A Complete Reconstruction Of The Original Building Of The Former Kindergarten, The Extension Of New Premises, The Construction Of Paved Areas, Fencing, Rainwater Sewer Connections Including The Infiltration System And Retention Tank, As Well As A Parking Shelter. The Goal Is To Create A Full-Fledged Cultural Center Serving For The Organization Of Social, Cultural And Leisure Activities Of The Residents Of The Village. A More Detailed Specification Is Given In Point No. 5 Of This Tender Documentation And Other Tender Documentation Annexes, I.E. Tender Tender Documentation Attachment No. 4. The Contracting Authority Informs That In Case Of Non-Allocation Of Subsidy For This Event, It Reserves The Right To Cancel The Public Contract
