Cycle Path Construction Work – Creation And Maintenance Of Soft Links Over The Melun Val De Seine Agglomeration (Camvs). The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Create And Maintain Soft Connections In The Territory Of The Agglomeration Community Of Melun Val De Seine. The Description Of The Services And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). This Consultation Is Launched Following The Formalized Open Procedure Defined In Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-1 To R.2161-5 Of The Public Order Code. This Is A Framework Agreement Pursuant To Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162-10 And R.2162-7 And R.2162-12 Of The Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts With Three Successful Tenderers. Minimum Annual Amount: None Maximum Annual Amount: 5,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. This Framework Agreement Will Not Be The Subject Of An Allotment Because The Division Into Separate Lots Would Make It Technically Difficult To Carry Out The Operation In Accordance With Article L.2113.11 2°) Of The Public Procurement Code.
