Repair And Maintenance Services Of Firefighting Equipment – Mestaritoiminta Oy & Järvenpään Mestariasunnot Oy: Real Estate And Fire Safety Services For Public And Residential Properties. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Real Estate And Fire Safety Services Of Public And Residential Properties Owned By The City Of Järvenpää, As Well As The Security Tasks Performed With Them. The Service Partners Acquired Through This Procurement Package Take Care Of The High Security Level Of The Properties, Carrying Out Various Statutory And Maintenance Real Estate And Fire Safety Tasks That Require Special Expertise. The Whole Consists Of The Following Services: 1. Inspection And Maintenance Of Fire Alarm And Fire Alarm Systems (Update) 2. Inspection And Maintenance Of Safety And Exit Lighting Systems 3. Inspection And Maintenance Of Extinguishing Systems 4. Inspection And Maintenance Of Smoke Vents 5. Inspection And Maintenance Of Public Shelters 6. Inspection And Maintenance Of Fire Extinguishers 7. Inspection And Maintenance Of Fire Hydrants The Provider Is Required For The Services According To Point 1 24/7 Emergency Service. The Service Is Implemented In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Documents. The Length Of The Contract Period For Service Contract Procurement Is Four (4) Years, And During That Period, Party-Specific Notice Periods According To The Draft Contract Are Observed. The Agreement Is Scheduled To Enter Into Force On February 1, 2026. The Number Of Partners To Be Chosen Is Two (2). The Service Provider Who Submitted The Most Affordable Offer Acts As The Actual Supplier Of The Service Package And The One Who Came Second In The Offer Comparison Acts As A Backup. Contracts Are Drawn Up With Both. Orders During The Contract Period Are Mainly Assigned To The Actual Supplier. In A Situation Where The Actual Service Provider Is Unable To Produce The Service Or Part Of It, The Orders Can Be Assigned To A Substitute Supplier. In Addition, The Substitute Supplier Participates In Possible Procurements Within The Contract That Fall Within The Scope Of Simplified Tendering. In Accordance With The In-House Partnership Between Mestaritoiminta Oy And The City Of Järvenpää And Järvenpää Mestariasunnot Oy, Mestaritoiminta Oy Is Responsible For The Procurement Tasks Of The Contract And The Ordering And Co-Management Of The Works According To The Service Agreement. Matters Related To The Financing Of The Services Are Defined In The Draft Procurement Contract. The Practices Of The Ordering Procedure Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents. The Condition For Submitting A Bid By Sub-Area Is That 1. The Bidder Meets The Eligibility And Suitability Requirements Set By The Customer (Procurement Object Criteria In The Request For Tenders) 2. The Bidder Must Demonstrate Experience In Previous Implementations In The Form Of References (Provision Object Criteria In The Request For Bids) 3. The Bidder Must Demonstrate Key Personnel With The Necessary Qualifications And The Necessary Organization For Assignments According To The Request For Tenders And To Carry Out The Tasks (Procurement Object Criteria In The Request For Tenders) 4. The Tenderer Must Attach To His Offer The Attachments Specified In The Tender Request (Procurement Object Criteria In The Tender Request Section) 5. The Tenderer Calculates The Contract Prices According To The Tender Request In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Attached Documents And Submits The Offer To The Clients M
