Note: Demolition of concrete measured and paid separately under relevant item. 5 Demolition of cement concrete inground floors andpavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding including removal serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 1.5km but not exc. 5.0km, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 1.5km but not exc. 5.0km, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulations, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ ceiling of any thickness, including cover fillets and frame, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under Earthwork) outside MD land at GVMC designated places exc. 1.5km but not exc. 5km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks, using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, using modular bricks built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for dark shade/double charged/ultra charged vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles with and including backing layer of 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for dark shade/double charged/ultra charged vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm , cut to size required as in dados and skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles with and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) for receiving of tiles completeall as specified and directed. 13 Supply and application of epoxy bonding agent -
