The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Basic Order - Includes In Particular: A) Expansion Of The District Road No. 1313N Iława - Karaś - Dr. No. 1299N (Wonna) On The Wikielec - County Border Section From Km 3+430 To Km 6+430; 2) Optional Order (Option Right) - Includes In Particular: A) Expansion Of The District Road No. 1313N Iława - Karaś - Dr. No. 1299N (Wonna) On The Wikielec - County Border Section From Km 6+430 To Km 7+803,20.3. Basic Information Applies To The Basic And Optional Orders: 1) The Investment Is Located In The Iława Commune In The Iława Poviat In The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1313N Iława - Karaś - Dr. No. 1299N (Wonna) On The Wikielec - County Border Section, Located From Km 3+430.00 To Km 7+803.20. The Road Expansion Investment Will Be Implemented Based On The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 2003. On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Items 1496 And 1566), According To Which It Is Planned To Take Over Land And Include It In The Planned Road Lane For Road Reconstruction And Temporary Occupation Of Real Estate In Order To Rebuild The Connection With Other Roads.2) The Investment Includes The Following: Widening Of The Existing Road With An Asphalt Concrete Surface To A Basic Width Of 6.0 M With Local Narrowing In The Town Of Karaś To 5.5 M With A Road Structure Appropriate To The Assumed Traffic Category, A Pedestrian Road, Entrances To The Property And Intersections With Existing Roads, Roadsides, Slopes, Ditches, Tidying Up The Road (Greenery), Partly Storm Sewage With Water Drainage To The Existing Water Reservoir, Road Marking And Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings. Accompanying Works Include Reconstruction Of Conflicts With Energy And Telecommunications Networks.
