Z O. O. In Tczew, I.E. Collection: 1) From All Inhabited Properties, 2) From Indicated Uninhabited Properties, 3) From Indicated Mixed Properties (Partially Inhabited And Uninhabited) That Have Joined The Municipal Waste Management System, 4) From Public And Recreational Areas Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Miłoradz Commune, 5) From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, As Well As Equipping All Properties With Appropriate Containers And Bags For Collecting Waste. Estimated Number Of Containers As Part Of The Equipment: In Accordance With The Opz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Waste For Its Subsequent Management In The Appropriate Installation Specified In The Swz, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Resulting From The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And Other Legal Provisions Applicable In The Collection And Collection Procedure.
