1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Collection And Management Services, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law, Of Municipal Waste Divided Into The Following Fractions: A) Biodegradable Waste (B) - Brown Container, B) Paper, Including Cardboard (P) - Blue Container, C) Metals And Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging (M+P) - Yellow Container, D) Glass (Sz) - Green Container, E) Mixed Municipal Waste (Zm) - Black Container, From Commercial Premises Managed By The Ordering Party, Specified In The List Of Properties With Commercial Premises (Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract).2. Collection Of Mixed And Selective Municipal Waste From Commercial Premises Will Take Place With The Frequency Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Frequency Of Municipal Waste Collection, In Accordance With § 13 Section 4 Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract.3. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Specified In The Currently Applicable Resolution Of The Katowice City Council On The Method And Scope Of Providing Municipal Waste Collection Services From Property Owners And Management Of This Waste.4. The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Commercial Premises Will Take Place In A Way That Prevents The Mixing Of Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, I.E. Using Vehicles Adapted To Collect Various Types Of Waste At The Same Time (E.G. Multi-Compartment Or Having Another System Enabling The Collection Of Waste Sorted Into Individual Fractions - Paper, Metal And Plastics, Glass, Bio-Waste, And In Addition Mixed Waste Or Separate Vehicles For Different Types Of Waste Collected). Selectively).5. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Equip The Properties Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract With Containers For Collecting Mixed And Selective Municipal Waste And Maintain These Containers In An Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition. The Containers Will Be Colored Differently And Will Have Information In Graphic Or Text Form About Their Purpose And Method Of Use In Accordance With §7 Section 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. B) Collection Of Waste From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M., In Accordance With The Schedule, C) Removal Of Waste Containers, Unloading Them Onto Their Own Means Of Transport And Returning The Empty Containers To The Place From Which They Were Collected (In The Event Of Lack Of Access To The Containers, The Removal Of The Containers Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party), D) Cleaning Up The Dirt Created Around The Containers In Connection With Waste Collection, E) Cleaning Up Waste Accumulated Around The Containers, If The Accumulation Of Waste Results From Untimely Collection By The Contractor, F) Transporting Waste In A Way That Protects Th
