The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person To Provide Kinesiology And/Or Rehabilitation Services, With A Fixed Co-Payment For The User, For A Period Of 12 Months, Starting From The Date Of The Certificate Of Start Of Services. Its Purpose Is To Guarantee Access To Health For Residents Of The Vitacura Commune Who Meet The Following Requirements, As Appropriate: • Have A Public Or Private Health System (Fonasa B, C Or D Or Isapre). • Have A Socioeconomic Qualification In The Social Registry Of Households (Rsh) Of Up To 90%. (All Ages), Including People Registered In The National Disability Registry (Rnd). • Possess A Valid Mi Vita Card, Proving Residence In The Commune. Due To The Above, The Health Provider (Offerer) Must Be In Agreement With The Aforementioned Health Provisions (Fonasa And Isapre), In Accordance With What Is Indicated In The Technical Bases. The Services Object Of This Tender Are Aimed At Residents Of The Vitacura Commune Who Are In Any Of The Conditions Indicated In The Previous Paragraph. The Defined Object Must Be Executed In Accordance With What Is Indicated In The Bae, Bt And Bag, Modifications And/Or Clarifications (If Applicable), Responses To Queries, If Any, And In The Contract, As Well As In Other Requirements Stated In The Bidding Documents.
