Launee Church Was Built In 1953 And Its Renovation Was Carried Out In 2001. Launee Church Consists Of A Church Building And An Old Residential Wing Building. Launee Church Is A Protected Building According To The Site Plan. The Living Quarters Of The Residential Wing Building Were Changed In The Renovation Of 2001 On The 1St Floor To Club And Office Premises. The Premises On The Ground Floor Have Been Converted Into Club Premises As Well As Sauna, Social Facilities And Storage Facilities. In This Basic Improvement, Spatial Changes Are Made To The Wing Buildings Club And Office Spaces, The Stairwell, And The Social Sauna And Storage Spaces On The Ground Floor. In Addition, The Water Roof Of The Wing Building Will Be Renewed And The Building Technology Will Be Renewed In The Necessary Parts. The Accessibility Of The Building Will Be Improved. The Sauna And Social Facilities On The Ground Floor Will Be Renovated And The Warehouse Will Be Turned Into An Office/Meeting Space. The Old Staircase Between The Ground Floor And The 1St Floor Will Be Demolished And A New Staircase Will Be Built In Between. The Deacons Reception And Office Spaces On The 1St Floor Will Be Renovated And An Accessible Toilet Will Be Built Next To Them. The Soundproofing Of The Reception Areas Will Be Improved. The Club Facilities Are Being Renovated And Small Space Changes Are Being Made To The Facilities. The Wing Buildings Hvac Equipment Is Being Renewed And The Ducts Are Largely Being Renewed. Electricity Is Renewed Due To Changes In Premises. The Building Automation And Heating System Changes Of Launee Church Are To Be Implemented In Phase 2. In This Basic Improvement, The Equipment Will Be Connected To The Current Heating And Building Automation System. The Water Roof Of The Wing Building Will Be Renewed In A Similar Way. The Water Cover Is Chosen In Such A Way That The Same Can Be Implemented In Phase 2 In The Church Building. The Museums Statement Has Been Requested Regarding The Changes To The Building. The Project Is Implemented As A Total Contract. During The Renovation Project, There Will Be Normal Activity In The Church Building. A Lot Of Children And Young People Move Around In The Yard Area, So The Construction Site Must Be Carefully Fenced. Space Has Been Reserved For The Contractor On The Side Of Tapparakatu, And The Yard Area On The Kaarikatu Side Is Not Part Of The Contractors Area, And Childrens And Young Peoples Activities In The Yard Continue As Normal There.
