Supply Of Petroleum Products And Fuels . The District Of Tumbler Ridge Is Seeking The Supply Of Petroleum Products And Fuels To Service Municipal Buildings And Equipment On An On-Going Basis. Overview The Supply Of Petroleum Products And Fuels Will Be A Standing Offer Agreement Applied For The Period January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Agreement May Be Extended For An Additional Two (2) Years Upon Mutual Written Agreement Between The District Of Tumbler Ridge And The Contractor. The Successful Applicant Will Be Required To Enter Into An Agreement To Provide Bulk Petroleum Products With The District. Estimated Annual Fuel Quantities The Estimated Annual Fuel Quantities Required Are: • 50,000 Litres Of Diesel (Summer & Winter Combined) • 45,000 Litres Of Unleaded Gasoline • Bulk 5W30 Oil (205 Litre Drum) • Bulk 15W40 Oil (205 Litre Drum) • Bulk Aw32 Hydraulic Oil (205 Litre Drum) • Bulk Diesel Exhaust Fluid (Def) Estimated Annual Fuel Quantities Will Vary Due To Extenuating Circumstances Such As Weather, Use Of Facilities And Other Factors And Should Not Be Construed As A Guaranteed Amount For Delivery.
