1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Social Welfare Home In Blachownia. 2. Requirements That The Products Should Meet: 1) Loose Food Products - Should Be Delivered In Original, Undamaged Packaging Containing Factory Markings, I.E. Type And Name Of The Product, Quantity, Expiration Date, Name And Address And Other Markings In Accordance With The Applicable Food Law Provisions. 2) Spices - After Opening The Products Should Have A Fresh Smell, Without Signs Of Mold Or Lumps, 3) Canned Products - Should Be Free Of Mold And Cloudy Consistency. 4) Pasta - Should Be Made Of The Highest Quality Flour, Contain Durum Wheat, Must Not Stick Together After Cooking, Should Be Hard And Elastic, Retaining Its Natural Smell And Color. The Delivered Articles Should Be Segregated Depending On The Assortment, And The Supplier Must Have The Necessary Documents Required By Law In The Field Of Food Products.5) Dried Vegetables And Fruits, Nuts And Seeds - Should Be Without Added Sugars Or Sweeteners Defined In Regulation (Ec) No. 1333/2008 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 16 December 2008 On Food Additives (Oj L 354, 31/12/2008, P. 16, As Amended[2])), Hereinafter Referred To As Regulation (Ec) No. 1333/2008, And Without Added Salt. 6) Tomato Puree - It Should Be Without Added Sugar And Salt. 3. Food Products Must Meet The Quality Parameters Specified For A Given Range By Polish Standards, Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request For The Offered Assortment A Written Confirmation That A Given Product Is Approved For Trading And Consumption, Issued By An Authority Authorized To Control The Quality Of Food Products. 5. The Contractor Should Have Appropriate Laboratory Approvals And Certificates For The Delivered Goods. 6. The Delivered Goods Should Have A Commercial Identification Document (Hdi), Information On The Date Of Production And The Expiry Date. The Quality Of The Delivered Products Should Be Consistent With Applicable Regulations And Certificates For First Grade/Class Products.7. Disqualifying Features Common To All Food Products: Mold Growth, Rot Symptoms, Damage, Dirt, Product Expiration, Physical And Organoleptic Features Indicating Storage Or Transport In Inappropriate Conditions. 8. Food That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Meet Quality Conditions In Accordance With Applicable Certificates, Polish Standards, Food Law And Applicable Gmp/Ghp Principles And The Haccp System Or The System Compliant With Iso 22000:2005, The Food And Nutrition Safety Act And Regulations Issued On Its Basis. 9. The Offered Articles Should Meet The Quality Standard - Good Quality, Fresh, Not Expired, Meeting Hygienic And Sanitary Requirements, In Containers Or Baskets Also Meeting Appropriate Hygienic And Sanitary Requirements. 10.
