As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Person Executing The Task Will Be Obliged To Provide The Service Of Managing The Cultural Center In Podłęże, Carried Out Continuously And Uninterruptedly, During The Period Specified In The Order, Organizing And Conducting, Among Others, A) Artistic Workshops In The Field Of Culture And Art, B) Culinary Workshops, C) Music Workshops, D) Dance Workshops, E) Exercise Workshops: Survival, Zumba, Yoga, Fitness, Pilates, Cheerleading F) Workshops Promoting A Healthy Lifestyle, G) Ecology Workshops, H) Educational Workshops For All Social Groups, I) Local Community Meetings, J) Cooperation With Local Associations, K) Cooperation With Informal Groups, Housewives Associations, Sports Clubs, Primary Schools, Kindergartens. L) Local Community Meetings. 1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To To: 1) Manage The Cultural Center With The Utmost Care, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of The Service Provided And Taking Care Of The Interests Of The Cultural Center By Making Full Use Of Their Knowledge, 2) Managing The Cultural Center In Order To Conduct Cultural Activities At The Highest Possible Level While Taking Into Account The Amount Of Financial Resources At The Disposal Of The Cultural Center, 3) Creating A Broadly Understood Cultural Offer For The Inhabitants Of The Village Of Podłęże And The Commune Of Niepołomice, Taking Into Account All Social Groups, Including: A) Organizing Workshops For Children, Youth, Adults And Seniors (Min. 20 Hours A Week),B) Providing Competent Instructors And Materials Necessary To Conduct Workshops,C) Organizing Cultural Events For The Local Community,D) Initiating Open Events For Children, Youth, Adults, Seniors And Entire Families, In Particular Educational Workshops That Strengthen Creative Potential And Intergenerational Bonds (At Least Once A Month),E) Organizing Lectures And Lectures,F) Organizing Space For Discussions On Public Matters, Enabling Meetings For The Local Society And Local Institutions, Organizations, Informal Groups.4) Incurring Operating Fees Related To The Use Of Telephone, Internet Connection, Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewage And Waste Disposal.2.
