The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Information About The Assortment, Quantities And Its Technical And Operational Parameters, Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Is Its Integral Part. In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Name Of The Product, Manufacturer, Year Of Production Of The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor - A Completed And Signed Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Should Be Submitted With The Offer.
