It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Ticket Sales And Event Management Solution. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Ticket Sales And Event Management System Solution (System) Of The National Museum Of Finland, Which Is Part Of The Finnish Museum Agency (Procurement Unit). The Procurement Includes The Design And Implementation Of A New Ticketing And Event Management Solution, The Necessary Integrations With Other Systems, Further Development And Support And Maintenance Services (Collectively The Service). The Basis Of The System Solution Must Be The Providers Finished Software Product. The Service Provided Must Be A Saas (Software As A Service) Solution, Which Is Delivered And Maintained By The Provider. The Service Must Be Available Via The Network And It Must Not Require The Procurement Unit To Maintain Its Own Servers Or Infrastructure Or To Purchase Equipment Dependent On Suppliers. The Contract With The Selected Supplier Is Concluded For An Indefinite Period. The Introduction Of The Service Must Take Place On A Fast Schedule During The Beginning Of 2026, So That Ticket Sales With The New System Can Start On August 1, 2026. The Commissioning Schedule In The Procurement Units Various Museum Sites Will Be Agreed In More Detail With The Selected Supplier. Content Of The Service 1. Joint Planning With The Procurement Unit Regarding The Implementation Of The Service A. Defining The Scope And Requirements Of The Project B. Defining The Needs And Use Cases Of Internal Users C. Defining Customer Paths 2. Technical Implementation Of The Solution A. Configurations, User Rights And Other Necessary Technical Work B. Ui And Ux Design And Implementation C. Planning And Implementation Of Integrations - Paytrail (Suomi.Fi) Payment - Tehden Cash System - Hailer Software Production And Resource Management System D. Import Of Ticket Product Data (If Possible) 3. Implementation And Training Of The Service A. Implementation Workshops Or Similar B. Training And Preparation Of Instructions 4. Continuous Services As A Service Valid For An Indefinite Period A. Maintenance Of The Implemented Entity B. Technical Support Of The Solution 5. Further Development Of The Service To Be Agreed Separately Options And Expansion Of The Use Of The Service 1. Ticket Sales Equipment 2. Expansion Of The Use Of The Solution Procurement Unit To Possible New Museum Sites 3. Extension Of The Solution To E.G. Other Services Offered By The Provider Or Additional Features Of The System 4. Integrations To Possible Other Systems Offering Options Is Not Mandatory And Offering Them Does Not Affect The Comparison Of Offers. The Object Of The Procurement And The Requirements Set For It Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. A Ceiling Price Of 400,000 Euros Has Been Set For The Procurement, Which Must Cover All Costs Arising From The Procurement Specified In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices Over The Next Four Years. The Share Of Options Is Not Included In The Ceiling Price.
