Updated Income Tax Return / e-TIN Acknowledgment. 4. Business Registration/Incorporation Certificate (if company). 5. Not debarred or blacklisted by CPTU/BPPA, World Bank, ADB, IFAD or any government agency (Tenderer needs to provide a self-declaration). 6. Availability of equipment/tools: Pipe laying machines, pressure testing kit, flow meters, trenching & joining tools, etc (Need to provide a detailed list). 7. Ability to provide operation & maintenance training to farmers/beneficiaries after insta lation (Need to provide a training plan). 8. Adequate technical personnel: At least 1 Agricultural Engineer/Irrigation Specialist (graduate in Agricultural/Civil/Water Resources Engineering with relevant experience) (Need to provide detailed CV).
