The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract An Assistance Management Service, Which Complements The Functionalities Of The Current Human Resources System That The Pyr Institution Has Acquired From The Supplier Ingeniería De Software Ltda., Through The Provision And Implementation Of A Software Platform And Biometric Equipment On Loan. The Objective Is To Optimize The Processes Of Attendance Control And Management Of Simultaneous Shifts In The Different Working Days Of The General Directorate Of Pledge Credit, Ensuring Interoperability And Automation With Its Human Resources System, Guaranteeing The Reliability Of The Data Marking Entries, Departures, Absences So That It Allows Automatically Determining The Remuneration Of The Personnel And The Security Of The Information For The 22 Credit Units In The Different Regions And The General Directorate, For A Period Of 12 Months.
